What information do we gather ?
When you order or sign up for our service, we may collect the following information: your name, telephone number, email address, billing information, any relevant discount code, and the recipient!|s name, address and telephone number. Also, if you register with us as a member, we request your personal information set forth on the Member Registration Page. Only Members have the right to view and edit their personal information.
Online Credit Card Payment
When you place orders, we need to have your credit card number, expiration date, and holder name of the credit card. This information is necessary to valid your credit card payment, and they will not be kept on our server. Your credit card information will be transferred to Card Centre for the purpose of authorization. We are using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technologies which involves the encryption of data before it is sent over the Internet.
Sender's Privacy
If the recipient calls us to ask who the sender was. We will get approval from the sender; we will then inform the recipient. If the sender does not reply or denies permission, then we will not reveal the sender.
